RPO - rubber processing oil
Rubber process oil is driven from petroleum crude oil. it is mixtures of paraffinic, naphthenic, and aromatic compounds. it enhances the processability of rubbers and rubber compounds also it will help to reduce costs.
Rubber process oil is used in rubber products such as tires, hoses, footwears, carbon black etc. There are different types of rubber process oil production that depends on the kind of rubber and the end uses.
Naphthenic, Aromatic & Paraffinic are three types of RPO while Aromatic is the most requested product from customers.

Paraffinic Oil
This category of hydrocarbons constitutes branched chain or straight linked hydrocarbon molecules that are come from various viscosity. As the chain length will increase, the viscosity will increase, and the rubber process oil becomes highly viscous. In addition, these are more stable and have the highest flash purpose for a given viscosity.
Aromatic oils
The primary Characteristics of aromatic Hydrocarbons are the presence of the double bonded mix ring carbon structure. Aromatic extender oil is well-known according to its viscosity. Also process oil (furfural extract) has color stability, solubility, and good thermal stability

- (RPO) Rubber Process Oil packing is in new 180 kg drums ,iso tank ,also flexi tanks and bulk shipments. In addition Each 20 foot container takes 80 drum .
